Suranic was founded with a single purpose: redefining the way the world works. Technology was changing at a rapid pace with viable cloud infrastructure, better and cheaper connectivity, and the proliferation of new connected devices like tablets.
The world was going mobile, so why were 98% of workers forced to head into the office?
Evolving Managed VDI to Cloud Desktops
In the early days, Suranic managed customer Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) alongside the launch of our first-generation, purpose-built private cloud platform from which we would deliver the industry’s first managed DaaS offering. Cloud provided customers a bevy of benefits such as operational and financial efficiency, scalability and agility. And, with VMware as a common hypervisor, we were able to migrate customer desktops to the cloud with ease.
Continuous Improvement According to Customer Needs
As Suranic grew, we stayed close to our customer base – listening to their feedback on the platform and using the results of regular conversations to improve performance and add necessary capabilities such as NVIDIA GPU’s, the custom-built COSMOS online portal, SOC 2 Type II/PCI-DSS/HIPAA compliance, app streaming and zLink end points.
